Our owner’s journey in the HVAC trade started early. While still in high school, he began learning the craft with encouragement from his father, who believed strongly in the value of skilled trades and hard work. That early introduction sparked a career that has now spanned more than 20 years.
The first decade of that career was spent working on large industrial cooling systems. Those environments demand precision, problem-solving, and a deep understanding of how HVAC equipment operates under heavy use. Over time, that experience transitioned into residential HVAC work, where the focus shifted to helping homeowners solve everyday comfort problems with dependable heating and cooling solutions.
After being laid off during the COVID pandemic, the opportunity to work independently opened the door to something bigger. Homeowners in the community needed reliable HVAC service from someone they could trust. That demand led to the creation of Big Will’s AC and Heating.
Today, the business remains owner-operated, which means every job receives personal attention and a commitment to quality workmanship. Larger projects may occasionally require extra hands, but the goal remains the same on every service call: diagnose the problem carefully, explain the options clearly, and complete the work the right way.
